Python & AI Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled engineer who enjoys building robust and scalable backend systems!
You’ll be working on projects involving large-scale data processing, AI/LLM integration, and REST API development.
We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems, write clean and testable code, and deliver high-quality solutions.

About the role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining reliable backend services, often integrating AI capabilities like LLMs, semantic search, and vector databases. Our projects involve working with both structured and unstructured data, ensuring secure and scalable data handling in cloud environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with a technically experienced and supportive team, where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are part of the culture. We value clean, testable code, best practices in backend and data engineering, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

You will contribute with:

Familiarity with semantic search/vector databases or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns

Solid experience with Python for backend development especially using FastAPI or Flask

Experience deploying to cloud environments and working with Docker

Comfortable building and consuming REST APIs & working with databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration (e.g. OpenAI|HuggingFace|LangChain or similar tools)

Understanding of how to build systems that handle structured and unstructured data
