ProductDock at KONTEH: Supporting the next generation of IT professionals

ProductDock proudly participated in KONTEH 2026, a fair of business opportunities and professional internships in Novi Sad, as a Gold Sponsor, continuing our commitment to supporting and empowering future IT talent.
Academic days: Sharing knowledge and inspiring growth
As part of the KONTEH Academic Days, held as a prelude to the fair, our software engineer Vesna Pavković delivered a talk titled “What powers a modern web application” on March 18 at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
The session attracted more than 40 students, with interest exceeding the room’s capacity, and sparked engaging discussions and numerous questions, which was a clear reflection of the topic’s relevance and the audience’s curiosity.
Reflecting on the experience, Vesna shared:
“This year’s KONTEH Academic Day left a very positive impression on me. The organization was excellent, and the atmosphere was both professional and welcoming. What stood out the most was the students’ enthusiasm and curiosity.”
She also highlighted the strong engagement during her session:
“I’m very pleased with how the talk turned out. The audience was lively and interactive, and attendance exceeded available seating. It was a great experience overall.”
When asked for advice to young people entering the IT field, Vesna emphasized:
“Focus on consistency and curiosity. The IT field evolves quickly, so continuous learning is essential. Build real-world skills early, work on projects, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek mentorship.”
KONTEH fair: Connecting with future talent
On March 25–26, we continued our presence at the KONTEH fair, where our booth attracted strong interest from students and young professionals.
Visitors were eager to learn more about ProductDock, explore future internship opportunities, and take part in our interactive quiz.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with motivated individuals and exchange ideas with the next generation of engineers.
