We’re seeking a talented and strategic German-speaking Strategic Partnership & Growth Manager to join our growing team!
You’ll be the driving force behind managing and expanding a long-term partnership with a single key enterprise client, ensuring their success and maximizing business opportunities. You’ll leverage your expertise in account management, relationship-building, and strategic growth to drive engagement, identify new revenue streams, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. We are looking for a candidate who excels in client management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys developing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Fluency in German is essential to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with a single key enterprise client in the IT industry, building a long-term strategic partnership and driving business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including presales and delivery, to ensure seamless communication, identify new revenue opportunities, and align our services with the client’s evolving needs.
You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of customer-focused professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, optimizing client engagement, and fostering innovation in our partnerships.
To be successful in this position, you will need at least two to three years of experience in IT-related account management, client relationship management, or enterprise sales, with a strong ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Fluency in German is required to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and drive successful collaboration. A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for excelling in this role.
