    Initial interview

    A conversation to get to know each other, online or in person. We listen, we ask questions, and we make sure you feel heard.

    Tech interview

    A chance to go deeper into programming topics and frameworks, highlighting both what you know and how you approach challenges.

    Interview feedback

    We’ll contact you within two weeks with honest and constructive feedback. Growth happens when feedback is clear and fair.

    The match

    If we’re a match, we’ll meet again to discuss the offer and tailor the role to your strengths and aspirations.
